We want you to love your LoveShackFancy pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
